Unser Reinforced Material enthält eine weitere Schicht Metallgitterschicht zur Verstärkung.

Black Velvet is a high-quality semi-matt black ceramic coating. Black Velvet is setting new trends in design and aesthetics with a specific SoftTouch surface area. The Ultra Performance Satin Metallics are not comparable to conventional silicon products. Our ceramic coatings, heatresisting up to approx. 1100 °C, offer an optimal flex together with a hard and abrasion-resistant surface. There is no scaling at constant high operating temperatures and there is no crack formation or detach under extreme temperature fluctuation. Laser logo is not available with combination black-black.

Many high performance coatings claim to be capable of operating at high temperatures. Most coatings, however, fail as temperatures exceed 1.000°F. All of our high temperature Ultra Performance Coatings are stable up to 1.100°C. Our high temperature line consists of two high quality formulations, the Ultra Performance Satin Metallic series. Available in several metallized finishes, these coatings will not only give an attractive look but also works as a perfect thermal barrier that increases performance and horsepower by increasing heat scavenging during the exhaust cycle. Die Ultra Performance Metallic Serie. Die Hochtemperatur Serie steht für eine hochglanzpolierte, chromähnliche Oberfläche. Temperaturstabil bis über 650°C bietet Black Velvet einen sehr guten Korrosionsschutz, sowie eine optimale Flexibilität auf allen Grundmaterialien. Die Ultra Performance Satin Metallics sind nicht vergleichbar mit herkömmlichen Silikon Produkten. Temperaturstabil bis über 1.100°C zeichnen sich unsere Ceramic Coatings durch einen optimalen Flex in Verbindung mit einer harten und abriebfesten Oberfläche aus. Kein Auskalken bei konstant hohen Betriebstemperaturen, keine Rissbildung oder Ablösung auch bei extremen Temperaturschwankungen.
