    Ceramic Coating has been designed to protect both metal and nonmetal substrates. Additionally, the Matt Black has been designed to withstand extreme use temperatures (800°C). This makes the coating ideal exhaust systems and components. Matt Black Ambient Cure Ceramic Coatings maintain excellent adhesion even after repeated thermal Cycling.

  • REinforced Carbon. Superleicht. Kohlenstofffaserverstärkter Kunststoff, auch CFK (Carbon-faserverstärkter Kunststoff; englisch carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic, CFRP) oder umgangssprachlich nur Carbon (engl. für Kohlenstoff) genannt, bezeichnet einen Faser-Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff, bei dem Kohlenstofffasern, meist in mehreren Lagen, als Verstärkung in eine Kunststoff-Matrix eingebettet werden. Unser Reinforced Material enthält eine weitere Schicht Metallgitterschicht zur Verstärkung.

  • Platinum Ceramics

     

    Platinum Ceramics is satin platinum Soft Touch Ceramics Coating.

    Ambient Cure Ceramic Coating has been designed to protect both metal and nonmetal substrates. Additionally, the Platinum Ceramics has been designed to withstand extreme use temperatures (800°C). This makes the coating ideal exhaust systems and components. Platinum Ceramics Ambient Cure Ceramic Coatings maintain excellent adhesion even after repeated thermal cycling. These coatings provide superior protection again corrosive environments and

    thermal shock.
  • Black Velvet is a high-quality semi-matt black ceramic coating. Black Velvet is setting new trends in design and aesthetics with a specific SoftTouch surface area. The Ultra Performance Satin Metallics are not comparable to conventional silicon products. Our ceramic coatings, heatresisting up to approx. 1100 °C, offer an optimal flex together with a hard and abrasion-resistant surface. There is no scaling at constant high operating temperatures and there is no crack formation or detach under extreme temperature fluctuation. Laser logo is not available with combination black-black.

  • The muffler is fixed with clamp and bracket.
  • With a welded bracket. The bracket is welded to the muffler by us. Clamp is not necessary. Carbon/Titan is only possible with a clamp. Photos are symbolic and do not correspond to the actual product.

  • Titanium Works Finish. A unique offering from Speed Products of Europe. Titanium Works Finish is not a coating, but a media blast finish using our own special recipe of ingredients. The result is a stainless steel exhaust that after it goes through a heat cycle on the motorcycle, takes on unique coloring that looks much like those works components our factory racers use.

Our new MGP  is constructed from the highest quality thin-walled and super-lightweight stainless steel tubing and sheet metal.

Many of the components are made from only 0.7mm - 1mm thick material to keep the weight as low as possible.

Every step in our design and construction process is the product of detailed handwork, from the CNC tube bending to the fully factory finish T.I.G. welds and CNC laser logos.

Every aspect of the exhaust and associated components receives our full attention, allowing us to provide handcrafted products of the highest quality while dramatically improving the design, acoustics, performance and overall weight of your motorbike.
