  • Important note: Very small unbaffled silencers may become louder and require a set up by a qualified specialist. We recommend all silencer/mufflers are supported the same as the original.
  • If your motorcycle is equipped with a servo-controlled exhaust flap as standard, an error message will appear on the display when the exhaust system is replaced if the servo motor is removed. The ESE is installed in place of the servo motor, allowing the servo motor to be removed from the vehicle without any problems and without an error message appearing or the vehicle running in emergency mode.The ESE works with all exhaust systems (including the original exhaust system).

These Ceramic Coatings are not comparable with conventional silicone products. Temperature stable up to over 800°C, our Ceramic Coatings are characterized by an optimal flex in combination with a hard and abrasion resistant surface.
  • Titanium Finish: is a design effect to give the stainless steel a Titanium structure and look. Discolering might be possible under heat.

Brand New replacement De-cat frontpipes. Made from 304 grade polished stainless steel and weighing 3.50kg compared to 7.80kg for the original Suzuki part. Half the weight and improved gas flow/less restriction. Eliminate that heavy CAT box.  These will give you 6-7 more BHP and a weight saving that no aftermarket silencer can match. The outlet pipe is the same dimension as the original, so will fit the standard Suzuki silencer and any aftermarket silencer that is designed to fit the original headers. Fitting and F1 warning light bypass instructions included.

Safety instructions for handling exhaust systems

  • Heat warning: Exhaust systems become extremely hot during operation. Avoid contact with the system immediately after operation as there is a risk of burns. Wait until the system has cooled down completely before carrying out any work on it.
  • Risk of injury: When dismantling, installing or repairing exhaust systems, there is a risk of injury from falling components or the use of tools. Use suitable protective gloves and safety goggles.
  • Avoid inhaling exhaust fumes: Exhaust gases contain harmful substances such as carbon monoxide. Only work in well-ventilated areas or use extraction systems to prevent the accumulation of exhaust fumes.
  • Take care when lifting: If the vehicle needs to be lifted, use suitable lifting equipment and secure the vehicle with jack stands to prevent it from falling.
  • Fire hazard: Ensure that there are no flammable materials (such as oil or fuel) near the exhaust system, as these can be ignited by the heat.
  • Use suitable tools: Only use suitable and intact tools to prevent damage to the exhaust system and injuries.
  • Schutzausrüstung tragen: Wear suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) for all work, such as work gloves, safety goggles and, if necessary, hearing protection, to prevent injuries.
