Sleeve material
  • Matt brushed/Matt brushed
The coat of the muffler or exhaust part, such as manifolds, center pipes, etc are brushed matt. A very elegant effect. Scratches are less noticeable. The basic surface/color and texture of the material used does not change. Stainless steel discolors golden-brown under the influence of heat in contrast to aluminum and has a darker material tone and color.

    The picture shows brushed aluminum.

This item cannot be ordered individually, only as an upgrade option (surcharge).

  • Matt Black

Ceramic Coating has been designed to protect both metal and nonmetal substrates. Additionally, the Matt Black has been designed to withstand extreme use temperatures (800°C). This makes the coating ideal exhaust systems and components. Matt Black Ambient Cure Ceramic Coatings maintain excellent adhesion even after repeated thermal Cycling.

  • Titanium Finish: is a design effect to give the stainless steel a Titanium structure and look.

Titanium Works Finish takes on a unique coloring after it goes through a heat cycle on the motorcycle that looks much like those titanium works components.
      ? Contemporary Satin/matte finish
      ? Uniform heat coloration
      ? Increased fatigue strength
? Increased scratch and stain resistance

Discolering might be possible under heat.

  • Stainless steel clamp in Black Velvet matt. Many high performance coatings claim to be capable of operating at high temperatures. Most coatings, however, fail as temperatures exceed 1.000°F. All of our high temperature Ultra Performance Coatings are stable up to 1.100°C. Our high temperature line consists of two high quality formulations, the Ultra Performance Satin Metallic series. Available in several metallized finishes, these coatings will not only give an attractive look but also works as a perfect thermal barrier that increases performance and horsepower by increasing heat scavenging during the exhaust cycle. Our coatings have shown lower radiant temperature between 400-600°F. Performance Proven Hight Temp. linkpipes
  • V2A Stainless steel sanded, Stainless steel discolors golden-brown under the influence of heat in contrast to aluminum.

  • Titanium Works Finish. A unique offering from Speed Products of Europe. Titanium Works Finish is not a coating, but a media blast finish using our own special recipe of ingredients. The result is a stainless steel exhaust that after it goes through a heat cycle on the motorcycle, takes on unique coloring that looks much like those works components our factory racers use.

Ambient Cure Ceramic Coating has been designed to protect both metal and nonmetal substrates. Additionally, the Black Velvet has been designed to withstand extreme use
temperatures (1,800°F). This makes the coating ideal exhaust systems and components. Black Velvet Ambient Cure Ceramic Coatings maintain excellent adhesion even after
repeated thermal cycling. These coatings provide superior protection again corrosive environments and
    thermal shock.
