    thermal shock.

  • Black Velvet
    Ambient Cure Ceramic Coating has been designed to protect both metal and nonmetal substrates. Additionally, the Black Velvet has been designed to withstand extreme use
    temperatures (1,800°F). This makes the coating ideal exhaust systems and components. Black Velvet Ambient Cure Ceramic Coatings maintain excellent adhesion even after
    repeated thermal cycling. These coatings provide superior protection again corrosive environments and
    thermal shock.

  • Carbon: the super light material Carbon fiber reinforced plastic, also known as carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), also shortens carbon fiber, carbon or carbon, is a composite material in which carbon fibers are embedded in a plastic matrix.
    The matrix serves to connect the fibers and to fill the spaces between them. The material epoxy resin is usually chosen as the matrix.

    Carbon is only heat-resistant to a limited usage. *

    Speed Products has therefore developed thermal insulation that protects the carbon from the inside against the hot exhaust gases.
    We have christened this proprietary development RI Carbon: Reinforced Carbon.
    However, for reasons of durability and of course considerable weight advantages, carbon is only recommended for racing.

    For a durable use in normal road traffic there are better materials, such as the stainless steel( 0,7mm) developed by Speed Products, which is also very light.

     Note: Carbon is only conditionally heat resistant and loses its gloss with use. However, this does not affect the stability of the carbon material. Carbon might have different colour shades and nuances.

    * * No holders/brackets can be welded to carbon shells and carbon muffler shells. A super light and very durable alternative are Speed Products stainless steel shells in Mattblack Ceramics in 0.7mm wall thickness.

    * Carbon shells and carbon muffler shells cannot have laser logos on them. We use appropriate heat resistant decals/stickers and/or 3 D nameplates. For sizes, please refer to the corresponding options.
    Again, a super light and very durable alternative are Speed Products stainless steel sleeves in Mattblack Ceramics in 0.7mm wall thickness, on which the laser logo can be applied. For sizes, please refer to the corresponding options.

4in1 Full System STREET LEGAL EXHAUST SYSTEM for the Suzuki GSX-R 750 L1 2011

The much anticipated revamped versions of the two smaller iconic Suzuki GSX-R 600 and GSX-R 750 have now arrived. Although the changes are somewhat subtle for 2011, theyre worthwhile, and in the supremely fast-moving Gixxer 600 segment of the market - the one dominated by racers and track day junkies - incremental changes are the difference between first and last place.

The dynamic sportsbike offers a great tuning platform for motorcyclists who desire something special. Our sporty and lightweight Full System system offers a great balance between price and performance and represents the second stage in the exhaust system tuning process. The change will be also visual as our design will perfectly fit the exterior line of the Suzuki and add a clean racing image.

The muffler outer sleeve is made of our exclusive high temperature and stress resistant aluminium or Stainless or titanium or CarbonRI, which gives a special hi-tech touch to our Full Sytem.

Power & Torque: the exhaust system modification with the Full system results in a major boost in performance, delivering a massive 152,69 PS  at 13150 rpm on back wheel. But the increased power isn?t available just at the top of the range; the system shows its quality already from 6000 rpm up through entire rpm range. Max. increased power between the Full system 4in2in1 and the stock system is 5,85 PS  at 13150 rpm.
